What Puig is ignoring is that Hayden was side by side with Pedrosa going through that turn and Pedrosa just wasn't letting him through (which he should have done as a teammate). That's just racing. On the other hand, Pedrosa took out Haydens rear wheel because he couldn't control his own bike.

No precedent was set, Pedrosa was just pissed off and fucked up.
