High beam...

Thats strange.. I've never once noticed motorcylce lights being too bright or even partially annoying while driving. I've always thought motorcycle headlights looked pretty weak in comparison to the speed potential...

He's right. I've never seen him angry about a traffic incident. Especially not on a daily basis.
When it comes to Ryan Jenkins, the story ends with me putting him in the wall.

They are awfully damn bright aren't they. Hence why I try to lead at night, ya can see everything with those things. Sometimes if I'm not leading I forget. If that happens just flick yours on and off a couple times and give me the finger, that will remind me.

Evan Wrote:sure, but even if the depth perception is off, that car is still goign to stay in their lane. Would you rather have a driver blinded by the glare go head-on into your lane? Or just someone who doesnt see both bikes (and doesnt matter, because they stay in their lane anyway)

this i could understand, but the person i had an incident with was turning left infront of us at night. My friend (santiago) was in the right side of the lane, i was in the left. He had to hit the brakes to avoid t-boning the person. The person must've have looked at me and missed him (both of us had our low-beams on).

Well not any more angry than he naturally is. Seriously I think someone pissed in that boys cornflakes when he was an infant and the effect never wore off.

Usually I have a new reason every day to hate Nova traffic, roads or drivers however last friday was the first time I felt like I had no control over the situation, and that rattled me a bit, and I had pulled off the road, turned off the bike and sat down for a little while.

So my high beams and rediculously loud Yosh pipe stay on. Whatever I can do.....

And no I dont want a fucking cookie.

I am still angry.

At least the bike fell over on Saturday evening.

Yeah, heard you dropped it again. You might want to consider this:

That was the best!

I was walking out the front door to get something from 7/11 last night at her place and I saw the kids that live around there again. They saw my helmet and one of them said "so you're the one with the motorcycle?" I told him I was and he said "you were the one that fell over yesterday?" and I couldn't stop laughing. I told him it wasn't me and he said it was really funny - I near about fell off the front stoop, it was awesome!

Has anybody seen the Dupree movie? I think RJ and I going to be that neighborhood's new Duprees.

Goddammit.

Ok, before anyone thinks I was doing wheelies and dumped it again..... I go over to andrew's girlfriend's place to help andrew move furniture into the townhouse. I pull up on the bike and i stop in front of andrew and the uhaul truck... the road was sloped down at a pretty good angle, so when I go to put my right foot down, there was no one home and before I realized it the bike had started to tip over. So I cut it off and let it gently tip over, and I fell over with it. No damage to me or the bike.

Really?

I was nearly run off the road on friday and into a 6' dirt wall (no shoulder) as I was going through great falls by a fucking SUV that was all the way in my lane as I came around a blind turn........ stupid whore on her goddamn cell phone... At least I am not angry about it.
sure that sucks, but that has nothing to do with high beams or depth perception. cunts in SUVs will be cunts in SUVs no matter the circumstances

That's why you'll always see RJ and I swerve back and forth in our lanes as we approach a vehicle looking to make a cross-street turn. Not only does it make you more visible by changing lane position, it also helps you not to get lost behind the bike in front of you. This is especially helpful at night when 2 bikes can be mistaken as a car.

Jess was driving behind me on the way back from Fredericksburg (when I picked up the VFR), and afterwards she asked "Why were you swerving all over the place when we got off the interstate?"

brights on during the day, off at night.

I only have it on during the day so I don't burn out my normal light during daylight driving.
