I would also suggest that everyone bring a good pair of gloves. While its not completely necessary, last time I didn't wear gloves and I ended up missing a spot of skin the size of a silver dollar on my palm.

Also suggest something to pad your back. I always come out of karting with bruises if I dont have padding...
