honestly, go talk to her. You know who she is and where she lives, go knock on her door and tell her that she has absolutely no reason to be intentionally be setting off your alarm, unless she is just a bitch. If her roomates are there, double the fun.
If that doesn't work, I'll help you let the air out of her tires and superglue them valve stems. That sounds like great fun. Also, I'm getting pretty good and this whole dissassembly of car thing.
