Invite the old men alumn in Harrisonburg. I'm sure they'd be interested in joining

Joe solid write up, very well spoken as usual. However, as you well know me being the show guy I am I tried to do the "meet" thing at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately it just doesn't work, the town people can be awesome but usually unpredictable like the sheetz or parking deck meets. That being said I do think there is a place for it, perhaps you could organize a day meet on the weekends to offset the weekend off of c&c.

I also think having a social specific person is definitely needed to keep up with the uncontrollable urge for college kids to hop on social media.

As the PR/Secretary you can assume the duties of organizing social events, I see no problem there.

Club funds do not buy alcohol. That's from everyone's own pocket. Bring yourselves together for it.

The MM Experience sounds neat. You could probably have people come out to the first two events of the fall semester and if they'd like to stick around they have to pay dues.

As for meets I guess they're fine, however, i'm growing sour on the idea. This past year I was pretty relaxed with the spread of MM events and I've seen just a bit too much unruliness for MM tastes on interwebs. Go forth if it gets people out, but keep in mind THE ENTIRE GOAL is to bring it back to Motorsports - autocrosses, trackcrosses, hpde's, working track events, drift days at shenandoah, valuable wrench days (and i really do support the parking lot wrenching, don't take that shit to a shop you have two hands, two feet, and no class after 2pm) etc. I'd like to see the fuckboiness get scaled back this year. Oh the offroading is pretty solid too and i know you're a big fan of that with the Frontier!

Good stuff, Joe!! Smile
