I would just find a good runner you can drive to a shop and part the rest. Then no worries on the drivetrains condition.

Fit & Finish of that kit leaves a lot to be desired. Add in the cost of install and tuning, and you're most of the way there to just getting a stock engine twin turbo engine swap.
