to sell...or not to sell...?

Hey guys,

Some of you may heard i've been thinking of selling the Si. She's treated me very well, and deciding whether or not to sell her has been a difficult decision that i have found the answer to. This is where i turn to you guys for some advice. She has 133K+ miles on her and has been maintained very well. She's incredibly fun to drive, but i want something different. My main reasons for selling her would be the remaining high resale value (most of the Si's i've seen were up for sale around 11K and 12K, but i was going to put her up for sale for around $9800), living in Northern Va or another Urban/Suburban environment (potential theft...again), and the want for more power and a different car. Second option was to replace all the aftermarket components and sell the parts and the car (i have all the parts i've replaced). I was looking for something rear-wheel driven and fairly reliable; the main use for the new car would be for a more daily driver while taking it out for HPDE occasionally. I don't plan on becoming a competition racer. I will have another car ('86 vw that i'm currently trying to make more reliable and more of a daily driver) so being without the Si for a little while won't be so bad. The main car i've been looking at has been the e36 m3, but i'm open to other suggestions. What do you guys think?
