Yeah, I never should have started an oil thread... I was just concerned because the change from syn to Dino made things better in the old van...something I have never seen before. I will say however that the piston slap seems lightly more noticeable. Thats nothing new in a TD, but it just was clacking a little more then it was before this afternoon. I think the bottom line is the van is in serious need of a new (and bigger) turbo and a good set of rings...ahh...to wait for summer....
