Has little to do with being lazy and a lot to do with wanting to spend less time in the effin' car.
I wake up at 7:55 to shit, shower, shave and get to my desk by 8:30.
I spent an extra $170k for 1100 more sq ft and to take time away from my commute. Then again, short commute is a major priority in my life.
