I was commuting an hour and 15 minutes each way for a while, now it's around 50 minutes. It's not the end of the world 
In the overall scheme of things, Winchester really isn't that far from the Toll Road. It's only about 30-35 minutes to the start of it, all on route 7 which only really gets backed up at route 9; if you left by 7-7:15am you'd be fine to make it to work...assuming your work started at 9.
Sales are open as of now, delivery won't be until the first quarter of next year though as we're only taking lot holds on the first homesites until our state documents are approved. After those come in we're gonna start rolling!
The townhomes similar to the ones I'm selling (the Carnegie, which I used to build) off of Evergreen Mills Road outside of Leesburg at Courtland Farms are available sooner, but they're slightly more expensive and have a 2 car garage.
