I'm not sure I do anything thats good for my metabolism. My eating schedule is so f'ed up due to work, poor planning, poor memory (yes, I forget to eat), snacks, and so on.
A guy I work with has become really serious about getting in shape over the last few months. He eats like 6 smaller meals a days so his metabolism doesn't decide it needs to store food because it doesn't know when the next meal will be. He's dropped 30 pounds in the last few months so I gotta believe it's working for him.
That said, I've been trying to eat something small and healthy in the morning rather than skip b-fast altogether but I've actually forgot to the last 2 days.

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
