i'm dissapointed none of the drivers held their hands out the window or tried to open a door in mid-flip/spin/drift. if they did i would definitely say they have skillz. if you're gonna fly into a group of civilians and cars, do it in style.
now that that's out of the way, if this gas tax actually happens, i'm hoping someone's ass is getting impeached.
