Chad, if you have one with a detatchable base, do yourself a favor and buy a second one and keep it in the other car.

Yes we do, and that's the plan! Although why in the hell do the extra bases cost almost as much as another car seat!!!

Because as you learn, baby stuff is as costly as aircraft hardware...because you simply "have" to have it or you are a neglectful parent.....Think of the Children......

I never sat in a child seat growing up, hell, I never wore a seat belt, I sat on the trans hump in my parents old merc's. Sometimes I would sit on the arm rest just so I could be at the same level, all this crap, it's bullshit.
