You know, travel time is point to point, not the "x miles on the highway at 65 mph".
Yeah except you can do 65mph between here and I66 in the afternoon and here and FFx Co Pkwy in the morning. You go any further east in the morning and you're hosed but it's relatively clear in the afternoon.
