Great graph Mikey, now we should see how the recent fall in the housing market has affected housing cost.

My friend lives in Dale City and there is a new development near him and there are 700,000-800,000 houses for sale, they can't sell them, like 8 to 10 houses. The area is vacant with these beautiful ass houses on 1 and 1/2 acre lots.

i'm pretty sure i know where you are talking about. I was house sitting in an area that when i pulled in on friday night... 14 houses were being set up for auction the next day... now that sad! The saddest part is... this area is going to be in the middle of two VERY large developements... SO big the builder had to pay for Rt1 to get widend. they are building something like 1400 more houses! all in the 800k range... whos going to buy that crap?
