as far as the criminal charge... well its traffic related... and as long as you fess up to it... your clearance will go through fine...
they dont like seeing drug possession... distribution... stuff like that. Trust me you are fine...
me on the other hand... i'm facing my 10th traffic point next weds.
gotta get the exhuast fixed this weekend so those two tickets get tossed out... make up some nice poster board on speed and how you have to go faster than someone to actually catch them... stuff like that. ;-)
