How long does he have to stay in HPDE?

My assumption would be as long as anyone else has to stay in HPDE, it'll be reviewed on a case by case basis like all other entrants. If and when he chooses to try for SuperComp again, he'll have to be approved.

Both regions involved are in agreement with the sanction and any individual in this position will be heavilly scrutinized prior to any approval for competition.
Basically along the lines of "double secret probation" except it is no secret.
