I leave it on during the day, during the night-time it's a case by case basis. I will say when riding with others I tend to turn it off so as not to blind them when they're leading. I was riding home with Jason the other day and finally I just pulled off to the side and waved him by because his brights were blinding the shit out of me.

It really all depends on the situation man. My visor was a lil foggy cause I hadn't cleaned it properly I guess, so your brights were just reacting with it poorly. Plus it all depends on the person's lights.
