That's actually a valid point I didn't even think about. Since it's your responsibility not to run into people in front of you then it falls on your collision coverage. I had this happen when someone caused that 5 car pileup where my M3 was under the Durango. Even though it was due to the fault of others I had to file on my insurance. If you substitute the runner in your accident with the person who caused mine that means you're fuct.
