FS: STi UTEC engine management

i guess thats my problem. i dont think i need a utec or ap because i dont have any mods. ideally yes i want the suby to breathe better and intake and exhaust generally free up a ton of power with the proper tune. but that right there is like over $1k and that could buy me a pretty bling suspension on the miata. i think it'd bad to buy the exhaust without buying the utec, but not worth buying the utec alone, but buying both at the same time is $$$$, arg damnit, i just want lots of money.
