get used to doing more than #7 and #8 is pretty much unrealistic once you get settled into a job that is apparently more enjoyable than this (because it sounds like you basically didn't like being there and made little effort to conceal this)
So you are saying people are expected to work more than 40 hours a week without being compensated? I should have taken hour long lunches instead of half hour long lunches?
