it was the same cop... when i turned right i definately looked hit right in the eyes... moved over to the left for his safety... and he rushed to pull me over. and again if he denies all that... and says he was moving when i passed him... you pull his radio log... his in car camera... police officers keep dates, times, and places at almost all times. 
i am going to have to file a complaint if they drop the charges... because i drive that direction every day to and from work from the new house... and if he wants to pick on me... i have to have things documented.
