Small indeed... We looked in Lake Monticello, but couldn't find a place with a big enough lot for us (and in our price range). And too much rice :twisted:

We love it. I like only being able to see a couple other houses, and to have our property bordered by gravel roads and horse pastures. What I don't like is the difficulty of getting low-latency high-speed internet.
As for the LM facilities - awesome. We may just take you up on that. It was basically our only regret not living inside the Lake.
