But if she gets pulled over and happens to get a DUI that's the end of her profession because of laws imposed by the sanctioning body for whatever it she wants to do. It's one DUI ticket, which admittedly isn't that small, but isn't that large, either. There's a hundred and fifty two ways for somebody to be improperly convicted of drunk driving and the consequences, as evidenced by my date, could be disastrous even in something trivial.

If you choose a profession (for example, we'll use Intel Security) and you get busted for a DUI you'll probably lose your job. But you knew that going in and you make the choice to pursue that career. No one forces you do it, and if you dont like the constriants that it places on your life, then quit. If you are an elementary school teacher, you should quit your part time job hosting kiddie porn. Its common sense.

And if it does happen, suggesting that you are somehow the wrongfully convicted victim in some sort of totalitarian police state is completely absurd. But nice try.
