I agree with you 99% of the time, (just ask RJ about my "projects")
but the naca windows alone are $25 each, and pegasus isnt cheap on the shipping either. (ART has never charged me shipping but YMMV)
Im not sure how much a sheet of lexan is, but probably at least $10?
Plus cutting and riveting tools if you dont already have them.
You may save a bit, but it seems to me like mostly a wash.
