Yeah, cuz then you can have more low-lifes waiting around to rob the rich people dumb enough to actually go to an expensive bar in the middle of a ghetto. I never lived in NoVA, and don't really know all the areas around there, but I do know that I have absolutely no desire to live anywhere close to there, regardless of what awesome job might draw me there.
