my racecar lives in the garage because its not watertight, but it will move around when others need to wrench
bikes will probably get priority of the other spot, since they are the biggest theft risks, and there will probably be a ton of tools, benches, engines, etc too
wrenching is, of course open to anyone, with some shuffling around of vehicles.
