I dont understand why people bother "fully tuning" a car before they sell it too - or putting in a new clutch for that matter. I think "fully tuned" must be some kind of ringer that attracts ricers or young children or something.
Why not have the car "fully tuned" when you're driving it, rather than when you're selling it?
