Unfortunately, as i discussed with Ben, I cant really move it anywhere, Im out of town this thursday evening then back sat morn for accounting exam, then finals all the following week; I wanted to do this as a take it as is/where is deal. Sorry I cant be of more help or make things easier in that regard, I think fox hills is about as far north as its going at this point though
