sweet! i'm looking forward to the day i have some property and can take an afternoon with a busted up old trucker hat and a beer, hop on a big-ass tractor and mow the grass.

p.s, when i used to work for a landscaping company we used an x-mark commerical walk-behind with a 25 hp Kohler...and that thing never bogged down....ever, and we did some pretty outrageous properties. with 24 i think you can probably tow your stang around if you have to hock:
