Ok...since you asked, here's my two cents:
Anything by ZZ Top, especially La Grange
Dead Man Walking by Billy Idol
Rock N Roll by Led Zeppelin (no, not because Cadillac is using it for it's theme song, it's just my favorite by them)
I concur about Rage and "The Distance"
and on the completely other end of the spectrum, I have found myself excessively speeding listening to (singing with) Messiah
As for Stabbing Westward and Lincoln Park, I just drive fast to them because of the most excellent WRC videos featuring those songs.
Oh...and Chevelle stuff too....the angry music, not the slow stuff.
