How many crew passes do we get w/ a Paid Race entry?

I think 2 Chad. But they need to pay the gate fee then line up at the appropriate time to get a refund. Just like last year.

Sorry, I was trying to answer too quickly. The Track charges the gate fee to *EVERYONE*. then they get a list of registered entrants and the crew and those folks go to the designated area(last year it was the tech shed) to get the entry fee refunded. There is a window of time for refunds and you must get it then or forfeit the gate fee. It is sort of a PITA, but the process is evolving..........All this info will be included in great detail in the instructions on the web when they are finally posted. Entrants will also get a confirmation email from me about 10 days prior.

Yea, you should work on that process. I can sort of understand having crew pay upfront, but for someone who has dropped $300 on entry shouldn't be shelling out any money at the gate. I'm sure you are trying to save the $.39 or whatever a stamp cost these days plus the cost of construction but how about making up some tickets and mailing them to us prior to the event with our name on them and crew number. If you found dups you could go after the person. Using that method you could just email them and we could print them out. (you can make PDF's dynamically insert entrants names, I'm sure the NASA uber webmaster can figure that one out )

Oh and I'll signup later this week when my transponder gets here, I found one 2nd hand.
