I love toyotas......I LOVE THEM. But 2 of my close friends have NA mr2s and i must say id go with the miata definitely, no questions asked. In every aspect of driving (acceleration, braking, handling) my POS 105 crank horses celica will put both mr2s to shame,

I don't understand how your car which has less HP, more weight and front wheel drive puts the MR2 to shame? Is it your Teminator body kit?

2400lbs<2800lbs last i checked........and 205mm Z rated michelins handle better than stockies with shitty tires last i checked, oh yea last i checked lighter cars tend to stop a bit quicker than heavier ones
