congrats on the 7 purchase. I'm sure you'll love it. When you say track whore, do you foresee some road course events in the near future, or sticking to autoX?
as for the oil filters, the new Avalon also has a canister type, as opposed to every other Toyota known to mankind having a normal filter (I don't know about all of Lexus).
