back when i had my integra, i'd just use metal polish and it'd clear those bitches right up. as for the condensation, you can just use a paper towel on the end of like a coat hanger or something long and slender to dry up the highbeam housing. the lowbeam has that lens in the way, so you'd have to air that bitch out. you could try drilling more holes in the back to get more air flow which might let more water in but it'd also let more water out, and since its a track car, it'd probably only collect water when you're mowing the lawn at south bend
