First and foremost this is a street car. Hence the Kevlar clutch as opposed to the 4-puck job. Sylvia actually paid for the car so she will be driving it almost as much as I will be, likely more. We spared no expense on keeping it nice and having all the gadgets that came with it working. New headliner, carpet cleaning, lots of new interior plastic, repaired the "Navigator computer" and the overhead console. It was a pretty fly ride back in its day. So, that being said we ill auto-x it like everyone does there street car. I will likely take it to the strip every once and awhile too. Sylvia wants to track the car in her HPDE sessions. She already has one earned. I told her I at this point do not trust myself with it in that situation. However she is free to do as she wants.
So, in honesty, it will be a street car that jumps on the auto-X course and the HPDE track, just as much as Boobies Del Sol was. I guess then the amount of power being made is irrelevant. Also, that being said, the boost at lower RPMs would be quite a bonus, not so much the top end high boost like a drag car needs.
Edit-
The typical GenII Daytona weighs 2812lbs so she is a bit heavy from what I understand
