Running overbudget? Its not overbudget unless your limiting yourself to money, which is pointless in a car anyway. Cars are money sinkholes, do it right or go home, ive been learning that such as my big16g which I Said I regretted. I should have waited 2 more months for a better turbo. I now know better so pretty much went with the good stuff (DSMLink instead of cheap s-afc, GM MAFT setup, short-route piping, etc.). It cost me a lot more, and it took me longer, but I will never have to upgrade those components in the future. Therefore im saving money and TIME in the long-run. Why install twice when you can install once?
Now if you are tired of your project or are needing a car right-away that is understandable. People are impatient, and thats when things happen wrong. I see way too many people who just cant wait that extra 2 days for that extra something and they end up regretting it later. Maybe I am too patient...but when I am patient, things end up right. When I am not, things like not getting alignment and wanting my new rims on, I now have to get new front tires after 5 months.
