wow, that sounds like a whole lot of fun! Maybe if I'm bored tomorrow I'll tell you why the GA DMV thinks they have the right to prevent us from canceling the registration on Jess' Accord. :? I think in both our cases, it's just a bunch of peons trusting the system and not having the authority or will to act like goddam humans.
