A favorable resolution; who woulda thunk it?
All my issues were addressed. Hood latch fixed, washer nozzles working, trim clip back, I was shown that the hood emblem is installed properly (I dunno, not a major concern), car was washed (some minor dirt left inside, I'll just vacuum it up), and Progressive will be paying to have an upholstering shop install a new rear window from Honda.
This is not only acceptable, but great because after 6 years my rear window was getting pretty ugly. Heck, I had even considered getting a glass windowed top before all this even occured. This time up, I'll be using a mat when the top is down
