Car:
Well, Sasha is coming together nicely. I gave the car a thorough cleaning when I installed the S14 seats, so she shines on the inside, while still having shit-paint on the outside.
After reporting that my trunklid seller to Paypal, he finally got off his lazy ass and shipped my spoilerless trunklid. The paint doesn't quite match, and it's got a tiny dent, but looks loads better. I've been collecting parts I'll never use like a madman, such as the 90MM Q45 mass air sensor that I will never, ever make enough power to take advantage of. I've got all of the five lug swap parts I need to do the swap except for wheels, which have proven very elusive to my "I don't pay any more than 50% of FMV for anything" skillz.
As far as the engine goes, it still sounds like a Cummins and it still eats coolant. But it also still runs, so fuck it.
Next up is to source wheels and some nice brake pads for the S14 Silvia K's brakes, then, this summer....rebuild and TURBO!!!
