Reckless driving tech?

Are allowed to leave the country with a pending felony charge?

As I've stated numerous times in this thread, it is a Class 1 Misdemeanor.

They dont' effect security clearances do they? hock:

They *can*, but I've been informed by my management and security folks that I'm probably ok. I know several people down here who work at NGIC and have gotten reckless tickets, who have not had any problems with their clearances.

I asked management that too and they didn't think recklesses were that big of a deal unless there was a little old lady underneath a tire. In terms driving offenses, DUI is the break point between acceptable and you're screwed.
