Guys, I just checked the place out and it looks good. Realtor said it has been empty for a while so we could make a lower offer and it would likely be accepted.

It gets my seal of approval so you guys ought to go check it out. It has TONS of space to store shit and I claim the room upstairs on the right
BTW, we need a fourth. It is Gerald, BJ, and myself. Who is in? No pigs need apply. You are expected to clean up after yourself and I assume we'll have a chore rotation to ease the basics.
