seems to have gotten sidetracked onto the topic of a stock seat and stock belt for the passenger, which I agree is at least a faux pas. But what you're mentioning seems more than reasonable. Generally a cheaper seat is just less comfortable, but hey, a cheap seat and harness is WAAAY better than a stock seat, so they should be happy to ride along.
Chris, I've got a real nice passenger sport (stock) seat, those with harnesses actually are a decent setup. Rode in one at Little Talladega the other weekend matter of fact.
