actually i did, pm/im me when you're trying to go do this (didn't get home early enough last night to do so....what are you planning.... :wink: ?)
If you can make a good case then i'm sure you can get it reduced. The only time i ever tried to do this was when i recieved my "improper exhaust" ticket from h-burg...fought it and i still got charged with it. The speeding i kinda knew i was guilty and after watching the other people fight it i didn't even bother. In retrospect i would tried to get it knocked down to speeding, or request that it be knocked down to speeding (admitting partial fault while pleading your case)...any thoughts on this?
