Nobody said that you needed the race to be thrown. But from what occured at the meeting I think anyone present would have agreed. First of all, Jack discussed the points situation before the race and told you he'd let you win. Secondly, Jack wasn't exactly pissed off and wanting a re-race after you severely punted him on the first lap.
