he made the right choice
when I wrecked my E30, my hands broke off both the wiper and cruise stalks from the column. my right hand had w deep bruise for about 2 weeks.
which is why, when I knew I was going to hit I put my hands in my lap and relaxed.
The cross my chest seat belt hurt way more than anything...it still hurts a bit. It felt like I got an elbow Superfly style in the sternum.
how fast were you going? I was doing about 60 when I hit the wall sitting in the sparco's and 6pt belts. NOTHING was sore or hurt afterward
