just a lil update, smoke out the exhaust, white with a very very tiny hint of blue. Checked the Upper and Lower IC pipes, no oil, thank god. Coolant level is normal:roll: dads gonna do a compression check as soon as he can get his hands on one. Wish i was able to help him but im at school 
any other ideas would be great. God i hope it isnt my rings Oh yeah, i atleast got the problem fixed with the car not starting, ended up the fuel pump wasnt running right when i was cranking the car, got that figured out though. atleast i got one prob checked off.
