to tell you the truth i have never been in a car that i felt VTEC kick in.........ive driven about 5 d16z6 civics and didnt feel any difference anywhere from 4500-6500. That being said can someone with a real VTEC car gimme a ride sometime (RJ?) cause i gotta feel the VTEC cause im pretty sure all those cars vtec controller was unplugged or not working right.
Unless its THAT subtle, but there was no noise of the cams switching to the VTEC lobes or anything and it didnt wanna pull past 6500 very hard
