Forthe most part. yes. If you stay on course and drive safe your car should be fine. The surface they run on is a fine clay, hard packed in some spots and loose in others. This varies with the weather of course. It gets a bit rutted up as the day wears on but the course is wide enough that if you want to avoid the nasty areas you are able.
It's not like WRC with huge jumps, narrow passes, and tree lined routes.
