A friend of mine tracked his 300+ awhp Evo MR (Evan, remember Chris?) and he seemed to be fine from what he told me.

Yup. Chris was mature and conservative. Knew his car's limits well. He was a great driver for a beginner, but he didnt use half of that 300hp. There are many things to learn before you start putting the hammer down hard. The talented drivers realize this quickly.
Nothing wrong with tracking a high hp car if you are mature and dont come in with an ego.
Ive had a couple EVO drivers and an STi or two where I wondered if I was going to get a trip in an ambulance before the weekend was over.

300 horsepower is overpowered?
